The first wine aged with flight delays
Lufthansa wanted to make up for their flight delays. So we came up with a hyper-personal apology mailing: by turning every ex-passenger’s waiting time into their individually flavored wine.
How? By storing the wine’s mash for as long as they had to wait for Lufthansa flights over the past year.
We loved it, the client not so much.
